• Own the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral
• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across paid, organic, email, social, and product channels

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to launch campaigns and features that move the needle

• Own and optimize marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA, Ads, CRM tools) for scalable results
• Brainstorm creative ideas to experiment rapidly and continuously improve metrics.

Growth Marketing Manager

Product Operations

• Collaborate daily with Sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Create new apps on our SaaS portal: upload logos/images, configure features, DRM, and finalize app packages.
• Coordinate and support third-party integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs, plugins), documenting processes and ensuring smooth operation.
• Monitor and analyze app performance metrics and user activity.
• Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and general app support.
• Provide system administration: manage user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
