About the role

  • Collaborate daily with Sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Create new apps on our SaaS portal: upload logos/images, configure features, DRM, and finalize app packages.
  • Coordinate and support third-party integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs, plugins), documenting processes and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics and user activity.
  • Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and general app support.
  • Provide system administration: manage user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical, and organized
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
