About the role
- Graphic design & visual communication
- Creation of digital content: Design of online materials such as social media posts, banners, website visuals and newsletter graphics
- Video editing & motion design: Creation and editing of video formats, animations and motion content for social media, internal communications and presentations
- Development of dynamic visual elements to strengthen brand communication
- Print design: Concept and design of print materials such as presentations, flyers, brochures and event collateral
- Templates & graphic assets: Development of templates for internal and external communications to ensure a consistent brand presence
- Brand development: Further development of the visual identity and implementation of the Bitkern guidelines across all channels
- Content management, content planning & maintenance: Planning, coordination and upkeep of content across all channels (website, blog, social media, etc.)
- Editing & copywriting: Coordination, revision and quality control of texts, campaigns, blog posts and multimedia content
- Photo & video formats: Concept and production of visual content such as explainer videos, social media Reels, product demos or event clips
- Social media management — strategy & planning: Conception, planning and publishing of social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Telegram
- Creative development: Development and implementation of innovative ideas to increase reach, brand awareness and community interaction
- Performance & analytics: Monitoring, analysis and optimization of social media performance using relevant KPIs
- Community management — community support: Active interaction and communication with our community across all relevant channels
- Growth & maintenance: Building, maintaining and continuously growing our online community through authentic and targeted communication
- Dialogue management: Responding to comments and messages in line with Bitkern’s tone and brand values
- Event support: Assistance with organizing, preparing and supporting events, trade shows and community activities
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, design or a comparable qualification
- Experience with graphic and video software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator — as well as Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut or comparable tools)
- Confident use of social media platforms
- Creative sensibility for design, language and digital trends
- Initiative, team spirit and a structured working approach
- Very good German and English skills
