About the role
- Provide technical leadership for building and operating Generative AI solutions on AWS
- Lead hands-on development using Python and AWS Bedrock SDK
- Establish architecture standards and guidelines
- Guide teams on prompt optimization and cost-efficient usage
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in cloud architecture
- Own production observability strategies
- Mentor developers and conduct technical workshops
Requirements
- 8–15 years overall experience
- 3–5 years leading cloud and AI engineering teams
- Technical leadership and architectural direction skills
- Experience with Python
- Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, ECS, EKS, etc.)
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security and compliance for AI implementations
- Team leadership and mentoring skills
