About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium
- Collaborate with the development team to understand the application for effective test automation
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the testing team in test automation
- Continuously improve test automation strategies and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
Requirements
- 15-25 years of experience
- Proficiency in Playwright for creating automated tests
- Strong understanding of Selenium for test automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications would be considered an advantage
- Experience with other automation tools like Appium, TestComplete, or QTP
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Understanding of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Experience with database testing and SQL
