About the role

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements
  • Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support
  • Work extensively with Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management
  • Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional
  • 3-5 years of experience in HCM modules: Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management
  • Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations
  • Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
