About the role

  • As an HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that meet our business needs and align with our company's strategic goals.
  • You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
  • Your role will involve analyzing current systems, proposing improvements, and leading the implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • You will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the HCM team, ensuring the successful delivery of HCM projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of software configuration and its applications in HCM solutions.
  • The candidate must have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including its implementation and management.
  • The candidate must have a solid understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and its application in data migration and integration.
  • Experience in providing consulting services to clients, including advising on HCM solutions and strategies.
  • Knowledge of Core HR processes and systems, including talent management, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
  • Understanding of absence management systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
  • Experience with payroll systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
  • Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to team goals.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
