About the role
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR, Benefits and Helpdesk implementation
- Configure and customize Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs
- Lead the configuration of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR modules to meet business requirements
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in consulting services in the human capital management systems area
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud suite
- At least 5-7 years’ experience demonstrating an understanding of Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts
