Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources
- 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Master's degree or relevant HR certifications being highly desirable
- Experience in managing and developing talent within the organization.
- Knowledge of labor laws and other relevant regulations
- Ability to engage with employees and improve their experience
- Capability to handle and resolve conflicts and other issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- Experience in managing organizational change
- Ability to manage HR-related projects
- Experience in managing relationships with employees.
