Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall Testing experience managing large-scale programs
  • 5–7 years as Test Delivery Manager
  • 10+ years in Test Management, handling teams of 40+ resources
  • Strong knowledge of Automation Testing concepts and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with TOSCA and Tricentis tools (preferred)
  • Exposure to API Testing, Mobile Testing, and Performance Testing
  • Good understanding of Manual Testing principles
  • Proficiency in Test Management Tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, qTest)
  • Expertise in Testing Estimations for large programs
  • Experience implementing Testing Processes, Frameworks, and setting up TCoE
  • Strong background in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Risk-Based Testing, and Resource Planning
  • Familiarity with Testing Toll Gates, Governance Models, and compliance standards
