About the role
- Be the strategic, embedded partner for our largest and most complex clients
- Drive maximum value from the Birdie platform by embedding technology into clients' business strategies
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, including critical, high-value enterprise accounts and medium/smaller partners
- Build strong, multi-level relationships from C-level executives to frontline staff
- Lead regular strategic review meetings to align Birdie with client business goals
- Drive adoption and value by coaching partners to use all of Birdie's functionality
- Design and lead strategies that improve partner retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Communicate product updates and guide clients to maximize value from new features
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to influence product and engineering decisions based on client feedback
Requirements
- Strong Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Account Management experience, specifically working with C-level stakeholders in complex organisations
- Direct experience from the social care sector
- Great project management skills with a proven ability to handle complexity, managing several high-priority partner initiatives at the same time
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships - engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Friendly, empathetic, and genuinely helping partners deliver high quality care to their clients
- Excited by pace, ambiguity, and the chance to shape things from the ground up
