About the role
- Act as trusted point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day client communication
- Coordinate delivery of booked packages (web adverts, newsletter banners, sponsored articles, webinars)
- Identify opportunities for renewals and upsells to support revenue growth
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Events to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support project management of bespoke events and act as client liaison during planning and delivery
- Maintain accurate records and sales orders in CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Represent The PIE at virtual, hybrid, and physical events to support clients and Events team
- Support Sales with post-sales communication, renewal discussions and ticket sales
- Track client success through reporting and insights and contribute to KPIs such as retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Some experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management (internship or entry-level experience welcome)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Interest in the international education sector
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel internationally for events occasionally
- Right to work in the UK (candidates must have the right to work in the UK)
