- Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts
Requirements
- You will have a keen interest in the customer success space, no professional experience is required for this role
- You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
- You have a commercial-focused mindset
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone and virtual engagement
