About the role

  • Building relationships with within our portfolio of healthcare consultants in the UK
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone and virtually
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally
  • Conveying best practice examples that drive engagement and ROI
  • Developing strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts

Requirements

  • You will have a keen interest in the customer success space, no professional experience is required for this role
  • You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution
  • You have a commercial-focused mindset
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
  • You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of phone and virtual engagement
