About the role
- Lead and motivate your Phorum team, ensuring clear objectives, development support, and performance excellence
- Develop and execute the Phorum business plan, ensuring tangible member outcomes and measurable ROI
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with L1 and L2 clients to support insights, retention, and industry impact
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, and events
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, industry influence, and cross-Phorum collaboration
- Manage Phorum budgets, ensuring costs, resources, and events are aligned with financial and growth targets
- Monitor KPIs, including NPS, eNPS, member retention, profitability, and thought leadership outputs
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or strategic leadership role within life sciences or a related sector
- Track record of driving strategy, adding client value, and delivering revenue growth
- Strong client management skills, able to build and sustain senior relationships
- Data-driven, numerate, and proficient in MS Office (intermediate–advanced)
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences
