💰 $120,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as the primary guardian of our NetSuite ecosystem
  • Handle day-to-day NetSuite Operations and improvement of the NetSuite application
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Systems Associate Director and other departments to support various business processes
  • Drive user adoption and maximize the platform’s effectiveness
  • Handle integration tasks, user management, and data security within NetSuite
  • Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support
  • Act as the gatekeeper for data security standards, ensuring the environment remains compliant with organizational policies
  • Work cross functionally with Business teams to evaluate new NetSuite features and biannual release upgrades

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration, support, or implementation of NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite best practices, including security, data management, and process automation and report development
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party apps
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with supporting Audit and Compliance requests
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
