About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process across all functions, from role design, job descriptions, and intake meetings to candidate onsites, offer development, and closing, continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes rooted in best practices and AI support.
- Get to know the Binti product and our customers deeply so you can share our story with the world, creating lifelong advocates as you connect with future Bintians.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of diverse and highly qualified candidates, leveraging networks beyond standard job boards to reach and attract top-tier talent that will take Binti to series C and beyond.
- Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, equitable hiring practices, and compensation discussions, leading with influence to ensure we move with urgency while remaining rooted in best practices.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly, managing interview schedules efficiently, and championing Binti’s values and mission throughout the process.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure the efficiency of recruiting efforts, and inform data-driven process improvements.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter, Talent Partner, or similar role where you successfully managed the recruiting process across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- You are a clear and influential communicator both verbally and in writing, adept at listening deeply and adapting your style to different audiences as you build relationships and tell Binti’s unique story.
- You demonstrate excellent organization and execution skills, working with urgency and naturally building out processes to ensure follow-through on commitments and timelines, owning your work stream with minimal guidance.
- You excel at stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers and leaders in different functions within the organization, holding them accountable to deliverables and timelines while managing expectations with candidates.
- You pivot with flexibility and adaptability, juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities with grace, learning from feedback and tracking data to drive and reflect on outcomes. You are dedicated to your own learning and development to continuously improve your craft and drive positive outcomes.
