About the role
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations, product presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Engage with customers to understand their incident response workflows, investigation challenges, and security architecture
- Design and recommend solution architectures and deployment strategies tailored to each environment
- Support integration of Binalyze solutions into SOC workflows, IR processes, and enterprise security stacks
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the full customer lifecycle
- Articulate technical value, key differentiators, and solution fit to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide best practices guidance on endpoint investigation and digital evidence collection
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to feed field insight back into the business
- Support enterprise evaluations, pilot engagements, and technical sales cycles
Requirements
- Strong background in cybersecurity, incident response, or threat investigation — DFIR, SOC, or threat hunting experience is particularly relevant
- Hands-on experience with incident response investigations, SOC operations, or threat hunting using YARA, Sigma, and/or osquery
- Familiarity with enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and endpoint investigation tooling
- Solid understanding of IR workflows, threat detection and investigation processes, and containment and remediation procedures
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners and business stakeholders
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, building trusted relationships and presenting confidently
- Experience with or genuine interest in automation and AI-assisted workflows
