About the role
- Define and design the MDM architecture and target state
- Select and implement an appropriate MDM platform/tooling
- Design data models, hierarchies, and golden record structures
- Define matching, merging, and survivorship rules
- Establish integration patterns between source systems and MDM
- Work closely with business and technical teams to align on data definitions
- Support rollout of governance and data quality frameworks
- Provide architectural leadership across global teams
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end MDM implementations
- Strong knowledge of MDM tools (e.g. Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee)
- Deep understanding of: Golden record design, Matching & survivorship logic, Data hierarchies and relationships
- Strong data modelling and architecture capability
- Experience working in complex, federated data environments
- Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders
