About the role

You proactively contact prospective customers, handle leads, qualify inquiries, and schedule appointments for our Sales team.
Through active inbound and outbound calling you proactively reach out to prospects and generate enthusiasm for our offering.
You qualify leads in a structured way, follow them up, and develop them into concrete opportunities.
You set appointments for our Sales team, prepare customer calls, and ensure a smooth handover.
You maintain close communication with our Customer Success and Sales teams, keeping all stakeholders informed about current developments and market trends.
You identify cross-selling opportunities early on—especially with Probonio—and proactively pursue them.
