About the role
- You proactively contact prospective customers, handle leads, qualify inquiries, and schedule appointments for our Sales team.
- Through active inbound and outbound calling you proactively reach out to prospects and generate enthusiasm for our offering.
- You qualify leads in a structured way, follow them up, and develop them into concrete opportunities.
- You set appointments for our Sales team, prepare customer calls, and ensure a smooth handover.
- You maintain close communication with our Customer Success and Sales teams, keeping all stakeholders informed about current developments and market trends.
- You identify cross-selling opportunities early on—especially with Probonio—and proactively pursue them.
