About the role
- Plan and manage the operational execution of all email campaigns
- Support the design of new initiatives for personalized communication with our existing customers
- Optimize measures aimed at retaining and reactivating different customer segments
- Conduct A/B tests, create performance monitoring and reports to optimize campaigns
- Work closely with other departments such as Data & IT, Marketing, E‑Commerce and Shop Management
- Present performance metrics, insights and company-relevant implications to your stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce, (Online) Marketing, Media or Communication Studies, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Some professional experience in CRM/online marketing
- Affinity for customer data, customer analysis and technical processes
- Ideally, practical experience with email/marketing automation (Optimizely or similar)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and a hands-on mentality
- High creativity in developing new ideas for effective customer retention measures and a conscientious working style
- Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written; ideally also knowledge of French and Spanish
