About the role
- Work with e-commerce stores
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team
- Conduct regular check-in calls
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects
- Develop strategies and best practices for clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Strong, open communication with team and clients
- Analytical mindset and creativity
- Fluent German and solid English skills, spoken and written
