About the role

  • Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the success of the global IT unit
  • Provide top notch service to internal employees globally via tickets, telephony, and remote sessions
  • Perform everything related to onboarding and offboarding employees including Laptops lifecycle, software & SaaS licenses, identity provision & deprovision, personal assistance
  • Partner with the People team to help onboard new hires ensure IT onboarding is easy and quick for all new hires
  • The first line of response to troubleshooting hardware & software systems across new and existing systems/applications such as laptops, operating systems, network printers, conference equipment, network equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot users and endpoint (MacOS & Windows) issues and come up with solutions
  • Keep company’s endpoint compliant at all times
  • Accurately document and maintain our inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources
  • Make sure security is foremost in everything you do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting and managing users on MacOS and Windows and on BigID’s applications stack preferably at a technology company (Google Workspaces, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Kandji, Intune)
  • Working with a ticketing system
  • A customer experience mindset: excited to dig into any issue, big or small, provide empathy and action to support employees
  • A cybersecurity mindset: think “security” in every process
  • A team player attitude
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Mature and responsible with confidential information as a natural part of this role
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • A very high level of English.
