About the role

  • Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Accurately scan inbound and outbound items to maintain inventory records and shipment accuracy.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with delivery routes on Saturdays as needed, supporting drivers with navigation and logistics.
  • Manage and dispose of debris responsibly, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free.
  • Guide delivery routes as needed, ensuring efficiency and timely arrivals.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for pre-call tracking management, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare deliveries in advance, verifying item accuracy and readiness for shipment.
  • Conduct pre- and post-job verification, ensuring deliveries meet company and customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical and drug screen
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items 100+ pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Two years delivery experience
  • Must have a smartphone
  • Ability to use smart phone or device for routing and electronic proof of deliveries (PODs)
  • Be committed to ongoing training to improve processes
