• Sales of maintenance services, system upgrades and spare parts
• Technical consulting on system upgrades and measures to preserve value and increase efficiency
• Training of customers and service partners (at the training center at the head office location Vechta-Calveslage as well as on site)

Spare Parts Manager – South Eastern Europe

• Responsible for order processing by checking orders for commercial and technical accuracy
• Entering orders and coordinating with the relevant internal interfaces
• Supporting international sales in preparing quotes in close cooperation with the technical department
• Verifying on-time availability of items and components for all managed orders in coordination with suppliers and purchasing

• Conducting inventory checks and resolving discrepancies
• Organizing and executing inventories (permanent/rolling/fixed-date)
• Coordinating stock transfers including transport and SAP postings
• Maintaining and reconciling storage locations and posting processes

• Responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering international customer projects in the area of housing technology, automation and feeding systems
• Creating project and schedule plans, cost estimates and resource plans
• Coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders (e.g. engineering, procurement, logistics, supervisors, installation companies, customers)
• Ensuring technical feasibility and monitoring quality, schedule and budget requirements
• Conducting regular project meetings and preparing status and progress reports (internal and external)
