• Coordinate the entire import process (ocean, air, and road)
• Review and validate international shipping documents
• Monitor customs clearance with brokers
• Negotiate with international suppliers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and control import cost spreadsheets
• Manage special customs regimes
• Interface with regulatory agencies when applicable
• Support internal and external audits related to foreign trade
• Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area
• Propose process improvements and support training for the team

Import & Export Analyst

Sales

• Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and strengthening of relationships with strategic clients in the region, ensuring personalized and long-term account management.
• Define Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement sales and key account development strategies, aligning them with regional market needs and company objectives.
• Define strategies for the development and qualification of the regional representatives network, and support the identification of business influencers.
• Monitor the monthly sales performance and update trends and forecasts.
• Continuously analyze activities at each stage of the sales process (presentations, quote preparation, follow-up on open offers, and order closing process).
• Interact with the marketing department, national sales management, and general management to define marketing tools and actions to be introduced or adjusted.
• Monitor changes and trends in the market environment, providing insights for reviewing tactical strategies and market actions.
• Communicate to representatives about new market and product opportunities.
• Analyze, approve, and manage sales expenses in alignment with company policies and defined budget.
• Conduct client visits in the field, in addition to active participation in regional and national events.
• Organize and, when necessary, deliver presentations or lectures about the product line to end customers and integrators.
