Customer Support

• Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, complaints, and claims
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing first-level support and accurate information
• Assess claim validity, determine chargeable vs. non-chargeable cases, and ensure prompt processing
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, QA, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate claim and customer records in EII and CRM systems
• Support urgent cases and escalation handling when required

• Prepare detailed Technical Master Plan (TMP) and civil work drawing (CWD)
• Utilize 2D CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) to create and modify 2D models of buildings and structural components
• Coordinate with stakeholders, sales, engineers, procurement, equipment, project team and other relevant parties involved in the construction project
• Communicate effectively to address any modification, resolve issues, and ensure that the drawings align with the overall project objectives

Structural Engineer

Sales

• Responsible for the Company’s Pig sales-related activities including developing new business, growth strategies and opportunities and maximize long term profitable volume growth
• Realize sales budget (target) both in volume, margin and market share
• Analyze the market and determine the sales strategy including a market-specific pricing policy
• Participate in generating “Proven Solutions”, sales manuals, product and solution templates for proposals, meetings, workshops and other specific sales material
• Recommend and take part in trade shows and other relevant marketing projects

• Lead end-to-end management of Big Dutchman system projects, from contract handover to final commissioning
• Manage and develop project execution plans including schedules, cost control, milestones, and resource planning
• Coordinate site construction, system installation and commissioning as per Big Dutchman’s design
• Track progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving delays or issues
• Review and translate customer specifications into technical solutions in coordination with BD Germany/Asia engineering teams
