About the role
- Take end-to-end ownership of LLM agent features and AI workflows
- Design, build, and ship new AI-driven features from concept to production
- Improve output quality, reliability, and usability through iteration and refinement
- Collaborate closely with product, design, our customers, and commercial teams to define and evolve workflows
- Integrate AI-driven features into the broader product experience
- Balance development speed with robustness, maintainability, and cost considerations
- Identify limitations and edge cases in AI outputs and implement practical mitigations
- Stay informed on developments in LLM technology and assess when they are relevant for the product
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping LLM-powered features in production
- Experience with Typescript, Next.js, GCP and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of current LLM capabilities and limitations
- Product mindset and focus on user value, not just technical novelty
- Comfort with ownership, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
- Ability to collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders
- Enjoyment of fast-paced startup environments
