Manage and organise office documents, handle incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain accurate records through data entry
Support the team with daily administrative tasks and assist in preparing reports and presentations
Answer, log, and resolve inbound enquiries to the depot, introducing or improving services where appropriate
Monitor and order office supplies to maintain stock levels
Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts to support operations
Manage calendars and travel arrangements for staff
Process invoices and expense reports, assist with basic bookkeeping while maintaining confidentiality
Support Biffa’s waste-management contract for the Sizewell C construction project, managing collections, subcontractors, reporting, invoicing, and waste consultancy
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
