Requirements
- Proven success leading senior leadership teams with full business accountability
- Experience running a digitally enabled or platform-based business
- Strong commercial instinct with deep financial and strategic capability
- Background across sales, marketing, account management and/or operations
- The ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A collaborative, innovative and resilient leadership style
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Project management qualification
- Experience within broker solutions or outsourced service models
- Knowledge of waste and recycling legislation
