About the role

Responsible for developing client accounts and managing existing ones
Maintaining positive relationships and handling clients' needs
Daily coordination with clients and supporting the sale of their lots
Carrying out research on potential auction lots to provide clients with an auction view to sale
Working with joint agents regarding property details and viewing organization
New business generation projects (working alongside the Team Leader/Auctioneer)
General business support to joint agency and residential teams
Working with existing teams on market appraisals
Preparing and proof-reading property details before publication online
Liaising with solicitors to create and upload legal packs for lots
Development and management of databases
Management of electronic filing systems
Working with the marketing team to manage client marketing needs

Exposure to the property industry or sales preferential
The ability to think independently and critically
Highly efficient with an attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and to time constraints
Highly motivated to learn and contribute to the growth of a company
IT skills including MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Knowledge of the main social media platforms
General administration or account managing experience within the property sector is ideal, allowing for an easy transition of transferable skills.
