Project Manager

• Manage acquisition - development, series and special projects in terms of results, costs, timing and acceptance by the awarding authority and stakeholders
• Plan, supervise and control project progress following the company product development process, obtain and secure the necessary commitments and approvals
• Prove, plan, approve and integrate changes into the project planning and implement them into the product and serial production
• Plan, order and approve prototypes according to internal and external needs
• Investigate actual variances to the project planning and risks related to timing, profitability and technical realization at an early stage; work out adequate proposals
• Represent and promote the project internally and externally, prepare and provide project reporting, manage the project communication and guarantee continuous and complete project documentation
• Prepare, realize and manage regular customer meetings; support the customer with any project related matter under consideration of the BHTC objectives, interests and competence guidelines
• Acting as face to our customers and internal contact partners

Engineer

• Calculation, Simulation & Development of complex optical, mechanical, and mechatronic device and components.
• Perform FEA for Mechanical shock, Head impact, Vibration test, drop test, Thermal shock test, Misuse testing & stresses generated in the component using appropriate in simulation software.
• Verify & suggest design solution of mechatronic system designs in consideration of customer specifications & validation testing.
• Support all development activities including conducting CFT review meeting of the mechanical systems on the product level.
• Communicate product cost optimization ideas to the team.
• Plan and ensure adherence to schedules & budget.
• Communicate and interact with Customer (OEM/Teir1) and with suppliers for DFM, DFA, Industrialization etc.

Senior Engineer

• Acting as SPOC on behalf of the company being fully accountable and empowered to drive the project to success
• Responsible of all aspects of Project Delivery execution for a specific customer, from RFI/RFQ to Launch and up to final hand-over to series quality team
• Accountable for negotiating the scope of new business with customer.
• Leading national and international projects and being accountable for cost, schedule, technology, quality and stakeholders acceptance
• Make and enforce sound decisions, to meet the project goals
• Assemble project team, in coordination with the functional department heads and create team spirit as well as assigning work to the project team
• Manage change requests and claims ensuring proper communication, comprehensive impact analysis
