About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepares 8D reports for the customers as well as develops and initiates preventive actions
- In charge of direct communication with the customer and leading all problem solving activities during mass production phase
- Responsible for the quality of products in accordance to customer requirements and internal procedures
- Assists in the definition of containment measures in order to avoid failures (stops, organization of sorting and finishing activities)
- Leading the analysis process related to internal and external claims
- Moderates a Quality circle
- Participates in creating and changing of Control Plan and FMEA
- Conducts internal product and process audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in a Technical field
- At least 2 years professional experience at a similar position in production field (automotive or electronics manufacturing is an advantage)
- Experience with IATF16949, ISO 14001
- Knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies (8D report, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5Why)
- Computer literacy – MS Office; SAP is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Personal skills - communicativeness, efficiency, ability to work independently and in a team; analytical and detail-oriented
