About the role

  • Play a critical role in scaling the technical capabilities of BeyondTrust’s partner ecosystem.
  • Enable partners to independently drive technical pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to enhance their technical knowledge, align with Go-To-Market strategies, and support sales opportunities that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs, assist in deal registration opportunities, and provide consultative support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer.
  • 5+ years of experience working for a global software vendor.
  • Proven ability to differentiate BeyondTrust solutions from competitors in the Privileged Access Management market.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience conducting POCs across Windows and Unix environments.
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and privilege management.
  • Proficiency with virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
