About the role
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on a cross-functional, outcome-based team to craft and deliver on OKRs
- Drive product impact by deeply understanding user needs and participating in product discovery
- Lead teams through large projects, assessing and communicating progress, adapting to feedback, and iterating on solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs across time to market, quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
- Support and improve existing products and codebases with ownership and care
- Exercise and improve engineering practices: refactoring, pairing, code reviews, collective code ownership, containers, IaC, CI/CD, observability
- Work across the full product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
- Expertise in Python, Django, SQL, Postgres
- Experience working on LLMs
- Excellent coding and communication skills
- Product and business mindedness with ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes
- Predisposition for a fast-paced environment and experimentation
- Ability to work effectively on a fully remote team
