About the role
- Build the next evolution of Beyond’s SaaS product and work on new products
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on cross-functional, outcome-based teams to craft and deliver on OKRs
- Drive product impact by deeply understanding user needs and participating in product discovery
- Help lead the team through large projects with autonomy, assessing and communicating progress and iterating on solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions while evaluating trade-offs across time to market, quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
- Support and improve existing products and codebases with a sense of ownership
- Exercise and improve engineering practices such as refactoring, pairing, code reviews, collective code ownership, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
- Expertise in Python, Django, SQL, Postgres
- Experience working on LLMs
- Excellent coding and communication skills for remote teamwork
- A predisposition for a fast-paced environment with emphasis on delivering customer value
- Product and business mindedness with ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes
