About the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans for NetSuite projects, aligning with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
- Ensure the successful execution of NetSuite implementation projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide project teams, nurturing their skills and expertise in NetSuite implementation and delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite, with a focus on leadership or project management.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, features, and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex client environments and build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
