Champion customer success initiatives to ensure ongoing value delivery and strong client relationships. Implement feedback loops to continuously improve products/services based on customer input.
Personally engage in high-level executive selling to key clients and prospects. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
Collaborate effectively with other departments, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles.
Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams.
Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment.
Has led or participated in defining an innovative GTM motion (not just operating an established one)
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
