Requirements

8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or systems design — ideally in a platform or technology environment where quality and scale intersect.
Deeply data fluent, with a proven ability to move from raw data to strategic insight to executive-ready narrative.
A systems architect at heart — you don't just identify problems, you build the frameworks, workflows, and feedback loops that prevent them at scale.
A track record of designing and operationalizing systems that deliver measurable, repeatable results across complex, cross-functional environments.
An exceptional communicator and influencer — able to translate analytical complexity into clear strategic direction for senior and executive audiences.
Passionate about BetterUp's mission and energized by the opportunity to shape the future of human transformation through operational excellence.
Advanced proficiency across Excel, SQL, and AI-powered platforms — with a demonstrated track record of building end-to-end operational systems that move from raw data to insight to automated, scalable workflow; familiarity with Python a plus.
