About the role
- Establish new customer contacts, e.g., through your relevant network and cold calling, and maintain these relationships
- Discover what drives customers and use that insight to generate new sales opportunities
- Win projects in the areas of custom software, machine learning, and data science, working closely with our outstanding software engineering team
- Manage acquisitions through to closing, generate follow-on business, and further expand cooperation with newly acquired clients
- Be willing to say "no" to customers when appropriate, because we only sell solutions we truly stand behind
Requirements
- Strong passion for selling project-based services
- Ability to network effectively within large organizations and pique interest in BettercallPaul
- A relevant professional network and an understanding of IT project sales
- Proven initial successes, ideally in the area of custom software
- A mindset focused on finding the best solution for customers' needs and requirements
- Enjoyment in customer interaction and excellent communication skills
- Desire to actively contribute to the growth of BettercallPaul
- High level of independence and self-motivation – we operate as a team while working very autonomously
- A completed degree in Computer Science or Business (or a related field)
- Business-fluent German and at least fluent English
