About the role
- The Business Analyst – IPM & Performance management is responsible for creating and managing individual and team performance frameworks across the organization.
- This role partners with leadership, HR, and operations to define performance metrics, monitor productivity, analyze trends, and drive IPM payouts on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- 1+ years
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with performance dashboards and KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SQL, BI tools
- Understanding of mortgage operations and productivity drivers
- Familiarity with incentive models
- Ability to balance productivity, quality, and compliance
- Ability to translate business problems into structured requirements and solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Creative and Analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and data integrity
- Comfortable handling sensitive people performance data
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward practical, compliant solutions
