About the role

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for payments and vendor management systems aligned with company goals.
  • Leadership of Product Team that Identifies market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and develops business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessment.
  • Own the vendor selection, onboarding, and evaluation process for third-party payment and financial service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure favorable terms and performance standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Track vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Set KPIs and success metrics for product performance and vendor relationships.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk policies in all payment-related products.
  • Manage and optimize payment processing infrastructure, including gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods.
  • Implement feedback loops from users and stakeholders to continuously improve products and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ Years leading product teams, vendor management and commercial negotiation in Technology, Financial Services, Payments, Ecommerce and/or Online Gaming
  • Comfortable in a matrixed environment, with proven ability to partner across Product, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams to integrate and optimize solutions
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and oversee the development of complex solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable marketing insights for cross-functional teams and executive leadership
