Assist the Early Years Pastor to create a safe, empowering and presence-filled space for the Early Years team
Communicate with Early Years staff and volunteers regarding shifts, time off, events, and questions
Coordinate Early Years staff meetings and assist with Team Pastor meetings (preparation, notes, agendas, attendance)
Create and revise Early Years staff schedules for weekly services and events and facilitate staff scheduling
Oversee orderly operations of Early Years services and events, including College View Sunday morning services
Process department credit card purchases and receipts and manage expense documentation
Perform Early Years timesheet adjustments and handle time off requests
Assist with onboarding, separation, and new hire orientations; collaborate on staff placements
Manage Early Years database and Early Years Pastor’s email contacts; handle general Early Years email account management and responses
Direct and assist tasks in the Early Years office: craft preparations, toy cleaning, inventory, and baby dedication preparations
Requirements
30hrs per week, Sunday-Thursday

Maintains continual communication with Early Years staff regarding shifts, time off requests, events and answering questions

Assists with Early Years new hire orientations and collaborates with Early Years Pastor on staff placements
Manages Early Years database and Early Years Pastor’s email contacts
Assists with Team Pastor and Early Years Meetings, including preparation, taking notes, communicating possible business agendas, and taking staff attendance
Directs and assists tasks in the general Early Years office space, including craft preparations, toy cleaning, inventory, and baby dedication preparations
