About the role

  • Take full responsibility for SendGrid and our portfolio across various domain registrars
  • Ensure our emails actually hit the inbox, not the spam folder
  • Use Cloudflare as our primary shield and traffic cop
  • Manage DNS records (A, CNAME, MX), set up WAF rules to block malicious traffic, and optimize CDN settings for global performance
  • Act as the "glue" between our platforms - taking authentication codes from SendGrid and implementing them within Cloudflare
  • Proactively monitor IP and domain health, configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols
  • Be the first point of contact for hardware or software issues

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing Cloudflare, SendGrid, and various modern domain registrars
  • Practical knowledge of email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • Comfortable jumping between Windows and macOS environments
