About the role
- Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies through the MRB process
- Perform stress and system calculations to assess discrepancies and define corrective actions
- Partner with design, stress, and manufacturing engineers to develop effective repair solutions
- Ensure MRB actions align with industry standards, FAA/EASA regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and document repair justifications, rework procedures, and supporting analysis
- Contribute to initiatives to enhance MRB efficiency, reduce rework, and strengthen quality control
- Provide technical guidance to production and quality teams regarding MRB-related issues
- Maintain accurate MRB activity logs, reports, and corrective action documentation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- Prior experience in MRB Engineering or a related aerospace/aviation engineering field
- Strong technical expertise in structural and system analysis, regulatory compliance, and repair development

- Ability to collaborate with design, stress, and manufacturing engineers
- Familiarity with CAD tools, PLM systems, and production support environments (desirable)
