Learning & Development Instructional Program Specialist

Marketing

• Drive integrated, community-centered marketing campaigns for the NWA Pet Resource Center, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as the primary local marketing contact, intentionally leveraging AI and automation to improve planning, coordination, and execution efficiency.
• Oversee content calendars, promotions, and social media efforts that align with Best Friends’ brand voice, strategic goals, and broader campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics—including social media and campaign performance.
• Improve how marketing operates by identifying and advancing systems, automations, and workflows that reduce manual effort, increase visibility into performance, and support stronger decision-making across campaigns and channels.
• Work alongside the Senior Specialist, who leads primary relationships with local press, influencers, and community partners. Provide strategic guidance, remove barriers, and help expand reach and impact through coordinated efforts with PR and editorial teams.
• Partner closely with Community Programs teams to support and promote local events, ensure marketing materials are accurate and effective, and use performance insights to inform future event and partnership prioritization.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development to ensure effective and aligned local marketing execution. Support growth, and model thoughtful adoption of evolving tools and ways of working.
• Support the development of inclusive campaigns that reflect NWA’s diversity and deepen community connections to the organization’s mission.

Manager, Marketing Strategy

Security Engineer

• Implement and maintain security controls for enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled SaaS platforms.
• Support the secure onboarding, configuration, and monitoring of AI features and other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Enforce data access boundaries and usage restrictions for AI tools based on data classification and identity.
• Assist in reviewing custom AI use cases and integrations for security risks, including data exposure through prompts or outputs, improper access to sensitive information, and misuse of AI-driven automation.
• Design, review, and enforce security controls for enterprise AI platforms, including productivity copilots, internal large language models (LLMs), and third-party AI services.
• Partner with security engineering and cloud teams to secure AI infrastructure.
• Participate in architecture and security design reviews for AI-enabled systems prior to production deployment, ensuring appropriate guardrails for data exposure.
• Support secure configuration for AI agent usage and implement monitoring and audit logging for AI interactions and tool usage.
• Design and implement security controls for AI systems leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Enforce least-privilege access for AI agents interacting with tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Secure AI data flows, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Expand logging and monitoring for AI platforms, cloud environments, and SaaS activity.

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex, multi-team technical initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between engineering teams, product, security, project managers, and business stakeholders.
