About the role
- Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit
- Develop and implement execution plans to maximize overall business objectives and ensure maximum profitability
- Manage the Services team to maintain, embrace, and enforce the company’s Core Values
- Communicate with Corporate Operations to identify, manage, and share overall Best Practices
- Manage Key Performance Indicators and personnel priorities
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements
- Meet or exceed all financial budgets and goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience in the service business
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred
- Experience in outside sales and new business development
- Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on weekly and monthly projections
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must have knowledge of the service business
- Excellent multitasking skills
