About the role

  • Champion of project safety and maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Responsible for creation, maintenance, and reporting of the Project Schedule.
  • Coordinate site construction activities to execute the project schedule and comply with Contract Documents.
  • Manage scheduling of site inspections and ensure coordination of installation between trades.
  • Attend project update meetings to review overall project health and progress.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare).
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera).
  • Team Player.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
