About the role
- Review energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications of current operations
- Mentor the owner on energy strategies
- Manage the Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing multiple sites and/or multiple Assistant Asset Manager(s)
- Well versed in building codes and associated standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects
