About the role
- optimize on-site accounting, delinquency, and collection duties for multiple communities
- partner with onsite property management team to manage resident accounts and ledgers
- pursue recovery of delinquent payments and provide accounts to attorneys for eviction
- help reduce resident delinquency while supporting sustainable outcomes
- handle evictions and abandoned units as required
- manage computer receivables systems according to policies
- review rental applications and approve or reject prospects
- build partnerships with onsite team for exceptional customer service
Requirements
- at least three years in property management - Multifamily is preferred
- at least two years of great Customer Service/ Sales skills
- at least two years of experience in Account Receivables/Payables
- past YARDI experience - strongly preferred
- ability to effectively apply computer software knowledge to solve financial and operational issues
- best communication skills to keep property teams informed and maintain positive resident interactions
