Design and maintain organization’s on-premises and Azure infrastructure.
Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of mission-critical systems.
Architect, deploy, and optimize Azure Virtual Machines.
Lead identity and access design using Azure AD, RBAC, and conditional access controls.
Oversee Azure governance including policies and cost optimization.
Drive modernization efforts including virtualization improvements and Azure migration.
Lead major infrastructure projects and cloud transformations end-to-end.
Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge sharing.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with significant Azure and Windows Server focus.
Expert-level Azure IaaS experience including Virtual Machines, RBAC, and Entra ID.
Advanced Windows Server expertise including builds, hardening, clustering, and troubleshooting.
Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory architecture.
Strong PowerShell automation skills.
Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure initiatives.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and re-prioritize as necessary to align with current business.
