About the role
- Identify and reach out to property owners and real estate asset managers.
- Assess the potential of identified parking sites.
- Open doors to new strategic accounts.
- Maintain rigorous follow-up of interactions and the progress of your opportunities.
- Stay alert to new real estate projects.
Requirements
- You are fluent in French and Dutch; a good command of English is a plus.
- You have some prior experience in a sales/prospecting environment.
- You are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing.
- You have strong listening and analytical skills.
- You are thorough, organized and autonomous.
- You have an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
- You have a strong desire to learn and to dive into the urban real estate sector.
