Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee monthly closings and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data
• Produce and analyze financial reports and performance KPIs
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial scenarios
• Analyze budget vs. actual variances and provide strategic recommendations
• Report to management and the Indigo Group
• Oversee accounting cycles (AP / AR / treasury)
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, social obligations, audits)
• Monitor cash flows and cash forecasts
• Manage relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders
• Lead Finance & Administration continuous improvement projects
• Actively participate in process automation and optimization
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of ERP systems and reporting tools
• Support the structuring of financial systems in a growing environment
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance & Administration teams
• Define priorities and ensure effective cross-departmental coordination
• Participate in recruitment and talent development
• Foster a culture of performance, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with operational teams and executive management
• Provide analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure rigorous tracking of interactions and the progress of your opportunities.
